‘Alice Rocks’ – an exhibition by Linda Joy

Join Linda Joy, Artback NT’s Emerging Artist in Residence and Darwin based practising visual artist, for a series of public programs to accompany her residency in Alice Springs. The recipient of many art awards, most recently the 2013 Katherine Art Prize, Linda Joy’s current work explores Top End landscapes with ink through minuscule coils and washes to represent the interplay between foliage, rock and water.

Venue: Charles Darwin University Foyer, Grevillea Drive, Alice Springs NT
Opening hours: Monday-Friday, 8am-4pm

Two residency programs are offered each year, with one open to an international artist and the other alternating between an NT emerging artist and a national artist. More information about the program is available on Artback NT’s website.
