Katie Harder was born in Melbourne Australia and has been playing music her whole life. She grew up sitting in her Dad’s guitar case watching him play in bands and at home. She started playing piano and writing songs at the age of 8 and began her first band at the age of 14. She has continued writing songs and honing her craft since that young age. She has currently finished recording her much anticipated latest album “Far to Go Yet” which has been produced by fellow musician and friend Mike McCarthy and Mastered by Jeff McCormack (bass player for Kasey Chambers). Katie is a newly arrived Alice Springs ‘local’ and is not to be missed in this intimate setting.
