Hot Sauce – Afro-Caribbean dance

This class plays with dance styles found across Afro-Caribbean dance genres. It explores movements from Brazilian samba, Jamaican dancehall, Soukous, to hip-hop, and of course, plays plenty homage to Beyonce! Building strength, technique, capability and booty, this fun, high energy class looks at cultural foundations and cross-overs, and has fun with some choreography along the way.
