Same but Different: Experimentation and Innovation in Desert Arts
Same but Different is a one day forum exploring new and innovative art practices emerging from the Central and Western Deserts. It will bring together Aboriginal art centres, media organisations, community and youth arts projects, artists and families, program facilitators, curators and academic researchers. This symposium provides a participatory forum for comparative exchange between practitioners and researchers working across this vital field of new – same but different – practice.
