Wearable Art Mentoring Workshops

Wearable Arts Mentoring Workshop

with local WAA designers

3 Workshops: Sundays: 16.08, 23.08, 23.08

We invite you to take part in this dazzling community event
where art comes off the wall and onto the body!

Take up the challenge, bring your ideas and imagination
and local designers will assist you with your creation.

Workshop outline:
Just about anything goes in making wearable art – plastics, wood, rusted metal, paper, lawn sale finds, salvaged stuff, treasures from the cupboard, cast off clothes from your neighbour. Materials can be glued, stapled, wired, drilled, stitched, punched, wrapped, plaited.
Bring your idea and a collection of material you desire to work with and local Wearable Art designers will be here to help you turn your ideas into fabulous creations for the catwalk in October.

Bookings essential/spaces limited. Contact Central Craft for details & enrolment regarding the workshops: 8952 4417
