Remote Arts and Cultural Coordinator

Are you passionate about the arts, working cross culturally and supporting Territory artists and communities with artistic programming? Artback NT is seeking a part-time Remote Arts Program Coordinator to manage two programs.

The role is 3 days a week with an hourly rate of $40 plus on costs. The position is based in our Darwin office at Harbour View Plaza.

Artists on Tour – The Project Coordinator will manage the Artists on Tour program.

The position incorporates artist liaison / scheduling / logistics / grant writing / marketing/ promotions/ and social media duties as required to achieve the above with the support of the Artback NT team.

Remote Arts and Culture Program, Borroloola / Roper Gulf Region

The Project Coordinator will provide a key support for the Malandarri Festival Director and Cultural Events Officer based in Borroloola. Together these positions deliver the multiyear remote arts and cultural program supported through the McArthur River Mine Community Benefits Trust.

In order to achieve the above, the coordinator must be able to travel for periods of time. Out of hours work required whilst on tour or based in community.
