What if you could dissolve away all your feelings of despondency and hopelessness – initially temporarily, but eventually permanently?
Considering the difficulties many people are facing, we’ve decided to re-offer this popular course, adjusted for our current challenges.
By studying and practising Buddha’s teachings, steadily and patiently, we can free ourselves from all manner of painful emotions.
One day, you’ll be able to show others how to do the same, giving your life great meaning and direction.
The teacher of this course is Buddhist teacher Natalie Eichelmann. Natalie is greatly admired for her kindness and loving example. Her teachings are clear, straight-forward and relate perfectly to busy modern life.
Classes are available for purchase and view for a week. Each class can be purchased for $10 and contains a summary of the previous class so perfect for attending any time.
