Embracing regular yoga practice – mini retreat

In this mini retreat Swami Kalikamurti will assist you to bring the simplicity of the ancient teachings of Yoga to your daily life.
Our daily lives are very busy. The benefits of finding ways to have a consistent practice are outstanding. Physically, mentally, emotionally and psychologically we gain immensely by including daily or regular practice in our life. We can feel more in control, more able, more purposeful, less reactive and more able to be the best of who we are at all times.
The mini retreat is designed for anyone interested in yoga, whether experienced or not, whether you are wishing to start a regular practice or you are looking for ways to recharge your practice.
The format will include:
* a morning class
* shared breakfast
* pranayama (breathing)
You will be provided with the teachings for the breathing and meditation sections.
Some of the retreat will be recorded and available for you to use in your daily/regular practice.
Numbers are limited so bookings are essential.
