2019 ARTIST CALL OUT

The Alice Springs Street Art Festival was launched in 2018 by the Northern Territory Government as a way of revitalising the Alice Springs CBD. A successful first year saw 7 murals go up in the Mparntwe/Alice Springs town centre, painted by four interstate artists and ten local artists.

The festival will return in August 2019 and will run over three weeks, with a focus on creating eye-catching and beautiful spaces that will captivate both tourists and locals alike.

Expressions of Interest for 2019 are now open! Red Hot Arts Central Australia is inviting applications from both local and interstate artists.

Applications close at 5pm on Friday 1st March 2019
