At night: I don’t particularly like you right now but I don’t want to be alone, so can you stay please?
If we’re struggling in relationships – any relationship – there’s a good chance our desirous attachment is strong and our love is weak.
In fact, what we often describe as love is actually attachment misidentified as love. Learning the difference between the two is key to enjoying meaningful, harmonious and productive relationships.
In this always-popular course, explore in depth what love actually is, what it isn’t, how to grow it, and how to maintain it for the long haul.
While the course content might focus on romantic relationships, the wisdom equally applies to all relationships: parent-child, close friends, even colleagues.
