The use of techniques and materials to manufacture, form and function.
Small sculptural objects through to wearable precious objects.
This course is intended for those who have no or very little experience in the craft of fine art metal fabrication, that is the use of non-ferrous metals.
Demonstration of techniques and discussions of technical components will be presented during the sessions.
Historic and contemporary fine art metal examples will be introduced.
The aim of this course is for you to be able to gain the confidence to design then execute the design through proficient craft based skills. Manufacturing these objects for yourself.
