As part of Red Hot Arts’ professional development program we are presenting a series of free workshops commencing on June 23rd. These are being presented both online and in-house at 67 Bath Street. This has been made possible with the generous support of the Northern Territory Government through the Arts NT Creative Resilience Program. This is a great opportunity to capture more of an audience and provides those that may not be able to attend in person to join in on the learning from afar.
The first two series have now been released and are being delivered by two well-known locals, Darcy Davis, otherwise known as D Day, and Barbara Clifford, otherwise known as The Time Tamer.
Darcy will be breaking down the fundamentals of beat-making with Ableton Live to get you on your feet over three workshops, starting from the basics and advancing into more deeper production concepts.
In Barbara’s four Showcasing Your Art as a Professional Business workshops, you will learn who your audience is and how to market to them, how to create a strong online presence, how to efficiently showcase your work via social media and how to build digital tools to assist with marketing and finance.
Places are limited so get onto it!
