Box Office

Leveraging 16 years of experience in selling tickets to arts and cultural events in Alice Springs and the reach of the What’s Onservice. Red Hot is experimenting with services that support local artists, producers, promoters and event organisers with ticket sales.

All events that are added to What’s On can be setup to include registrations or ticketing. Your audience can purchase tickets via VISA and Mastercard credit/debit cards. Tickets will include GST and the only fee we charge you is passing on the card processing costs.

Administration            $0 – $110
When adding your event on you can setup ticketing at the same time. You can make changes on the fly and access to the most important information, who is buying, so that you can build an ongoing relationship with your audience.

Websites                     Free
Tickets are instantly available to anyone viewing your event on and linked via our weekly newsletter. Connect your website and other event promotion sites such as ASTC Community Calendar through to the ticketing URL to direct sales.

Facebook                    Free
When we promote your event, your tickets become a linked product from our Facebook shop and advertised as appropriate, locally and nationally. Create your own events with direct links to tickets or share the Facebook post we create.

In Person

This year Red Hot Arts will be working with event and business partners to test simple ways that assist events in selling tickets to locals and tourists. The service will handle equipment, payments, ticket issuing and even simplifying the door at events for organisers.

Visitor’s Centre           $1.10 booking fee
In partnership with Tourism Central Australia, their Visitor Information Centre in the Todd Mall is available as a Box Office 7 days a week. Hundreds of new tourists see your event every day and can impulse purchase at the counter. Locals welcome.

Popup Box                  TBA
In 2018 we will be testing an all-in-one solution that will let any café, venue, market stall or other location easily sell tickets on the spot. Event promoters will be able to offer tickets where their local audience already visits, with a fee for the seller.

On the Door                TBA
Red Hot Arts trains event organisers on how to scan in valid tickets. The service can also provide staff, equipment and floats to sell tickets by cash or card and validate pre-sale tickets on behalf of the event. This will be tested in 2018 with partner events.
